Official Rules

Entry & Eligibility

1. All participants will be required to go to seminolehardrockhollywood.com/promotions/born-to-rock-contest and,

a.     Certify that they are 21 years of age or older

b.     Complete a web form containing their name, contact information including email, and include a thirty (30) second video

2. Limit of one (1) entry per person. Ten (10) winners will be chosen. Entries may be submitted from Tuesday, January 24 at 10:00AM through Tuesday, January 31 at 11:59PM. All entries received through that time period will not carry over into the next week’s prize selection(s) or any future prize selection(s).

3. Winners will be selected by the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino-Hollywood Marketing Team Management.

4. Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino-Hollywood will notify the winners via email on Wednesday, February 1, 2023 by 6:00PM with pickup instruction. Prizes will be redeemed at the Hard Rock Live Box Office.

5. Entries and prizes are non-transferable.

6. One (1) prize per participant per contest. 

 

Prize Schedule 

i) Ten (10) winners will be selected to receive the following prizes:

(1)    One Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band Merchandise Swag Bag = Tour merchandise valued up to $120.00  Actual merchandise subject to availability.

 

General Rules

  1. Participants must present approved identification and be 21 years of age to participate.
  2. Persons who have been trespassed or banned by the Seminole Tribe of Florida or who have opted into the self-exclusion program are prohibited from participating.
  3. By participating in this  contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Casino Management and/or the Seminole Tribal Gaming Commission.
  4. Any and all applicable taxes or license fees will be final and binding on all participants in this  contest.
  5. Casino Management and/or the Seminole Tribal Gaming Commission will resolve any dispute or situation not covered by these Official Rules  and that decision will be final and binding on all participants in this  contest.
  6. Any prize receipt/voucher or drawing entry that has been mutilated, forged, misprinted, altered, tampered with, mechanically reproduced, is illegible, or has been obtained by any means other than pursuant to these Official Rules is automatically void.
  7. By participating in this  contest, winners hereby give their permission to use their names, likenesses, etc., for promotional purposes without compensation.
  8. All employees of Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino-Hollywood, including Tribal employees and employees of vendors permanently assigned to work at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino-Hollywood and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.  Also excluded are Tour Operators, their agents and employees, as well as employees of Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino-Hollywood’s advertising agencies and promotional companies involved in this  contest and their immediate family members, agent’s successors and assignees.  Employees of Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino-Hollywood may not participate in  contests.
  9. These Official Rules or this  contest may be modified or cancelled by Casino Management at any time based on operational and/or business concerns.
  10. All prizes on display will be awarded as shown. Prizes depicted in advertising are for promotional purposes and subject to manufacturer’s availability and may not accurately represent actual prizes to be won.
  11. Prizes will be awarded in person at the Hard Rock Live Box Office. Participants must present approved identification in order to claim their prize. 
  12. Void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
