Guarantee Policy: A deposit equal to the first night's room and tax will be charged to your credit card at the time of reservation. A daily resort fee of $25.00 will be charged to your room at check in, and it is not included in today’s deposit. This deposit will be refunded in full if reservation is cancelled by 3:00pm on the day before arrival. If you should need to cancel your reservation, please calll 800.937.0010 before 3:00pm the day before your intended arrival in order to obtain a deposit refund. Full pre-payment may be required for special events, holidays, packages, and non-refundable discounted rates when available. A $100 per night deposit for incidentals is required at check in.
Cancellation Policy: Reservations booked within 24 hours of arrival date cannot be cancelled and a penalty of one night's room and tax will be charged to the credit card on the reservation for failure to check-in or attempted cancellation. New Year's Eve and other reservations over special holidays/events are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled, a full deposit will be taken for all reservations over this date.
General Policy: Guest must be 21 years of age or older to reserve and check-in to a room. Children 17 and younger stay free when accompanied by an adult 21 or older in the same room. Valid photo ID (Driver's license, passport, military ID) and credit card is required upon check-in. A resort fee of $25 per night will be charged at the time of check-out. Rates are subject to change pending completion of a successful booking. Room requests are based on availability at time of arrival, including smoking and/or bed preference. Every effort will be made to accommodate all requests. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error. If you use a debit/credit card to check in, a hold may be placed on your card account for the full anticipated amount to be owed to the hotel, including estimated incidentals, through your date of check-out and such hold may not be released for 3 days from the date of check-out or longer at the discretion of your card issuer. Hotel Check-in time is 4:00pm and Check-out is 11:00am. Outside food or beverage is not permitted on property. Personal coolers are allowed for medicinal purposes only. Please make sure to smoke in designated hotel rooms only. A non-refundable $250 cleaning fee will be assessed to any guests smoking in non-smoking rooms.
Pet Policy: Dogs rock! Devoted pet owners who travel with their well-mannered pups weighing 40lbs (18 kilos) or less are welcome to enjoy the comfort and enjoyment of the resort. To make sure we have a pet-friendly room reserved, please let us know in advance – preferably at the time of booking. And, to help cover the furry clean-up, we ask for a $100 non-refundable service fee. Dogs must be on a leash at all times. No aggressive animals allowed. Guests arriving on or after March 1st, 2020 can reserve in The Guitar Hotel or Hard Rock Hotel. Review our pet policy.
