Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood’s award-winning, fine-dining restaurants, Cipresso, Council Oak Steaks & Seafood and Kuro, have added new menu items for the new year. Guests can try new unique culinary creations perfectly centered on what is currently in season in South Florida.

Cipresso
The resort’s contemporary Italian restaurant, Cipresso, located adjacent to The Oculus, expands its thoughtfully crafted menu with additions to the antipasti freddi, insalate and pasta section.

The new ribeye carpaccio showcases black truffle and green salad, while the insalate section features a new caprese salad with buffalo mozzarella, seasonal tomato and aged balsamic.

Unique new handmade pasta dishes include agnolotti with lemon ricotta, crab, shrimp and sage; and gnocchi alla sorrentina with scamorza affumicata, mozzarella, pomodoro and basil.

Council Oak Steaks & Seafood
Council Oak Steaks & Seafood, a celebrated South Florida steakhouse in the heart of Broward County, will continue to offer its award-winning menu, plus the introduction of four new menu offerings this year.

Entrees include roasted chicken with maitake mushrooms, baby carrots, citrus crème fraiche and chestnut bisque; cola braised short rib with cipollini puree, coke demi, beets, leeks, carrots, fennel, topped with horseradish cream; seared seabass with sauce piquant, tasso ham, potato lyonnaise, tomato fennel relish and saffron tuille; and crispy skin salmon with roasted cauliflower, herb vinaigrette, dill oil, vin blanc and white balsamic vinegar.

Kuro
The luxe and socially vibrant new-style Japanese restaurant of Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood features a refreshing new handcrafted update to items in the chilled, sea and land sections, plus two new kuro nigiri.

Chilled appetizers include kanpachi sashimi with yuzu-dashi, pickled cucumber salsa and yuzu kosho oil; oysters three ways with Kombu vinegar, ponzu and umeboshi salsa.

Under the sea section highlights a new lobster truffle with Maine lobster, ama-toza truffle, spiced onion rings and seasonal truffles. The new marinated skirt steak can be found under the land section of the menu, served with grilled broccolini and sancho au poivre.

Two-piece kuro nigiri items include king salmon with Sherry-su, crispy shallots and truffle oil, and shima-aji with moromi-miso and kizami wasabi.
