Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood has been honored for its outstanding wine program in Wine Spectator’s 2022 Restaurant Awards, which celebrate the world’s best restaurants for wine.

All four of Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood’s fine-dining restaurants, Council Oak Steaks & Seafood, Kuro, Cipresso and Abiaka, have each won the Award of Excellence. The Award of Excellence recognizes restaurants whose wine lists feature a well-chosen assortment of quality producers along with a thematic match to the menu in both price and style.

Council Oak is Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood’s signature classic-American steakhouse, offering more than 350 wines from more than a dozen countries. Kuro is luxe and socially vibrant new-style Japanese restaurant, with options of bubbles, whites, reds and rosé alike. Cipresso is a contemporary twist on Italian fare, highlighting an extensive wine list with a focus on Italian varietals and other Old World offerings. Abiaka is inspired by South Florida’s unique, bold flavors with a touch of Latin influence and features a signature wine list with up to 100 labels and premium options available by the glass.

Wine Spectator began its program to recognize the world’s best wine lists in 1981. There are three levels: the Award of Excellence, the Best of Award of Excellence and the Grand Award—with 1,782; 1,290; and 97 winners this year in each respective category.
