More than 35 new culinary, nightlife and lifestyle outlets to open in conjunction with October Grand Opening

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is offering job seekers the exciting opportunity to work in the more than 35 new culinary and nightlife outlets opening in October as part of the $1.5 billion expansion of the resort during a three-day open call job fair on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, Aug. 19-21, from 6 to 8 p.m. 

Exciting food and beverage positions are available in high-end and casual dining concepts including a new contemporary Italian restaurant, an American grill, a 24-hour bakery café, a buffet with live action stations, poolside dining, an artisanal coffee shop and much more.

DAER Dayclub/Nightclub will be filling over 200 positions for model beverage servers, bartenders and bar porters.

The 19 acres of pools and lagoons including the 13.5-acre pool experience at the foot of the guitar tower will offer paddle boarding, kayaking and other water activities. Open positions in this area include lifeguards and pool attendants. 

Facilities maintenance will be filling positions for HVAC technicians, electricians, kitchen mechanics, plumbers and general maintenance workers.   Other department that will be hiring include housekeeping, public space, stewarding and valet.

Applicants will check in at the Hard Rock Event Center, located in the northwest corner of Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood.  Parking options include the Winner’s Way parking garage, accessible via the main entrance of the casino complex.
