In its new location adjacent to Hard Rock Event Center, Council Oak Steaks & Seafood at the AAA Four Diamond-rated Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino – Hollywood will host an exclusive Orin Swift Wine Dinner on Thursday, August 23, 2018. Guests will enjoy a four-course dinner prepared by Council Oak’s culinary team led by Executive Chef Brian Doyle. Each course will be paired with wine selections from the premier Napa Valley winery, Orin Swift Cellars. Hosted by E. & J. Gallo’s Luxury Consultant Stanley Gross, the night will begin with a welcome reception at 6:30 p.m. in the restaurant’s intimate bar and lounge, followed by dinner at 7 p.m. The event is priced at $175 per person (excluding tax and gratuity).
