Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Introduces New Hard Rock Signature Brunch

New Brunch Launches Sunday, March 18

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Hollywood has the well-earned reputation as a Sunday brunch hotspot. On Sunday, March 18, the resort debuts its new Hard Rock Signature Brunch, located at the property’s showpiece restaurant Kuro. The new brunch will offer a flavorful mix of brunch classics, extravagant raw bar options and delectable sweets.

Taking advantage of Kuro’s light and airy ambiance, guests can enjoy a delicious Sunday brunch overlooking Seminole Hard Rock’s award-winning pool. With 10 different food stations, Hard Rock Signature Brunch will showcase a wide selection of brunch favorites, accompanied by bottomless bubbles, mimosas and Bloody Marys for $79 per person, excluding tax and gratuity. The menu will feature live action stations of made-to-order omelets, Belgian waffles, bananas foster and pasta; full raw bar of Alaskan king crab legs, shrimp and oysters, and a chef-attended sushi station with a variety of rolls and sashimi; carving station with specialty cuts including Beef Wellington, lamb chops or pork belly; charcuterie and salad bar; and fresh baked goods. A rotating selection of delectable desserts will be prepared by the resort’s Pastry Chef Ross Evans.
