Connick’s career has exemplified excellence across multiple platforms in the entertainment world, where he’s won Grammy and Emmy awards. In addition, Connick received Tony Award nominations for his live and recorded musical performances, achievements in film and television and for his appearances on Broadway.
The foundation of Connick’s art and the muse behind “A New Orleans Tricentennial Celebration” is the music of his native New Orleans, where he began performing as a pianist and vocalist at the age of five. Over the past three decades, he has established himself as a musician, singer and composer par excellence, a legendary live performer and a best-selling artist with millions of albums sold around the world.
In 2016, Connick launched and hosted a nationally syndicated daytime television show, “Harry,” featuring his touring band. “Harry” is a daily hour of family-friendly television that seeks to entertain, uplift and inspire. The show reflects the unparalleled entertainment skills of Connick’s varied career.
