Hollywood, Fla. (Feb. 12, 2018) – Grammy Award-winning band The Gipsy Kings featuring Nicolas Reyes and Tonino Baliardo celebrate more than 25 years of flamenco, salsa, and pop-fusion perfection at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Fla. at the resort’s new Hard Rock Event Center on Saturday, May 5, 2018, at 8 p.m. Tickets go on sale Friday, Feb. 16, at 10 a.m. American Express cardholders can purchase tickets beginning Wednesday, Feb. 14, at 10 a.m. Additionally fans can access presale tickets beginning Thursday, Feb. 15, at 10 a.m. through Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood’s Facebook and Twitter pages.

At Hard Rock Event Center, The Gipsy Kings will perform hits from their groundbreaking eponymous album as well as their latest work, the Grammy Award-winning “Savor Flamenco” and upcoming project “Evidence.”

From playing on the streets of Cannes to the hedonistic heights of St. Tropez, the band has broken down world music barriers as one of the rare groups to climb both the U.S. and world music charts with 20 million albums sold. Featured in the likes of “The Big Lebowski,” “Toy Story 3” and “Glee,” the band has embraced western classics by Bob Marley, the Doobie Brothers and The Eagles with globe-hopping grace, while also incorporating dramatic cues from Brazilian and Caribbean culture.

Part of a $1.5 billion property-wide expansion, the existing Hard Rock Live arena will be razed in March 2018 and replaced with a state-of-the-art 6,500-plus-seat venue in a theater-style configuration, slated to open in 2019. In the interim, a full schedule of concerts, comedy shows and other events will take place in the newly constructed Hard Rock Event Center, adjacent to the existing poker room and meeting rooms.
