Hollywood, Fla. (Feb. 12, 2018) – Rock ‘n’ Roll Hall of Famer Steve Miller and Grammy Award-winning guitarist Peter Frampton return to Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Fla. after a successful tour last summer. They will perform at the resort’s new Hard Rock Event Center on Saturday, July 21, 2018, at 7:30 p.m. Tickets go on sale Friday, Feb. 16, at 10 a.m. American Express cardholders can purchase tickets beginning Wednesday, Feb. 14, at 10 a.m. Fans can access presale tickets beginning Thursday, Feb. 15, at 10 a.m. through Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood’s Facebook and Twitter pages.

“The band and production crew are working on creating an even better concert experience for 2018 and plan on wading even deeper into the musical waters,” said Miller. “Peter Frampton and I enjoyed last summer. There is so much to explore, and we are really looking forward.”

Steve Miller was a mainstay of the San Francisco music scene that upended American culture in the late 1960s. With albums like “Children of the Future,” “Sailor” and “Brave New World,” Miller perfected a psychedelic blues sound that drew on the deepest sources of American roots music and simultaneously articulated a compelling vision of what music and society could be in the years to come. In the 1970s, Miller crafted a brand of pure pop that was polished, exciting and irresistible – and dominated radio in a way that few artists have ever managed with hits such as “Take The Money and Run,” “Rock’n Me,” “Fly Like an Eagle,” “Jet Airliner,” “Jungle Love,” and more.

In September 2017, Miller produced “Ultimate Hits,” two new career-spanning Steve Miller Band collections available on CD, digitally, 2LP and 4LP deluxe packages. The album features 22 essential Steve Miller Band tracks including three previously unreleased rarities. The expanded two-CD and digital deluxe edition feature 40 tracks, including the acclaimed band’s top hits, live tracks and eight previously unreleased recordings from the studio and the stage.

The Steve Miller Band has played to more than 15 million people over the last 20 years. In addition to touring with his band, Miller also serves on the welcoming committee of the Department of Musical Instruments of the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York and as a board member of Jazz at Lincoln Center. Miller curates and hosts shows at both institutions celebrating blues, jazz and early American music.

Peter Frampton remains one of the most celebrated artists and guitarists in rock history. At age 16, he was the lead singer and guitarist for British band The Herd. At age 18, he co-founded the seminal rock act Humble Pie, one of the first super groups. His session work includes collaborations with legendary artists including George Harrison, Harry Nilsson, David Bowie, Jerry Lee Lewis, Ringo Starr, John Entwistle and many others. His fifth solo album, the electrifying “Frampton Comes Alive!” recently celebrated its 40th anniversary and remains one of the top-selling live records of all time.

Frampton recently reissued his critically acclaimed album “Fingerprints” via his own imprint Phenix Phonograph. Originally released in 2006, “Fingerprints” won the 2007 Grammy Award for Best Pop Instrumental Album and Frampton’s cover of Soundgarden’s “Black Hole Sun” off the album was also nominated for Best Rock Instrumental Performance. The album will be available on vinyl for the first time.

“Having had such a fantastic tour together last summer, Steve and I decided to keep going this year!” said Frampton. “Jamming together each night during Steve’s set is one of my favorite moments of the evening. Can’t wait to get back out there.”
