The award-winning Council Oak Steaks & Seafood, located inside the AAA Four Diamond Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Fla., will host an exclusive Duckhorn Vineyards Pairing Dinner on Thursday, Jan. 25, 2018. Guests will enjoy a four-course dinner prepared by Council Oak’s culinary team led by Executive Chef Brian Doyle. Each course will be paired with wine selections from the premier Napa Valley winery, Duckhorn Vineyards. Hosted by Duckhorn Vineyards’ South Florida Ambassador Cary Combine, the night will begin with a welcome reception at 6:30 p.m. with passed hors d’oeuvres, followed by dinner at 7 p.m. The event is priced at $275 per person (excluding tax and gratuity). All guests will receive complimentary half bottles of Duckhorn Napa Valley Cabernet and Duckhorn Napa Valley Chardonnay.
