Kuro To Host Five-Course Culinary Experience, Part of Greater Fort Lauderdale’s Crave GFL

Kuro, the award-winning, new-style Japanese restaurant located at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood, is participating in this year’s Crave GFL Restaurant Month, previously known as Dine Out Lauderdale. Throughout the month of September, guests are invited to enjoy prix-fixe, three-course menus at participating Fort Lauderdale restaurants for $37 per person. Kuro’s Crave GFL menu will feature five courses showcasing the restaurant’s signature dishes.
On Tuesday, Sept. 26, 2017, Kuro will host a special five-course wine pairing dinner as part of this year’s Crave GFL programming. The dinner will be prepared by Kuro’s creative culinary team led by Executive Chef Alex Q. Becker with each course expertly paired with wines to complement the contemporary, complex flavors of each dish. The night will begin with a welcome reception at 6:30 p.m. featuring passed hors d’oeuvres, followed by dinner at 7 p.m.
The dinner is priced at $125 per person (excluding tax and gratuity). Seating is limited. Reservations are required and can be made by calling 954-316-2900.
