Even rock gods have a few ground rules. Review our hotel policies to make sure you have the best stay possible when you book a room at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood.

Resort Fee

The daily resort fee of $35 includes:

  • Access to Resort Pools (The Guitar Hotel, Hard Rock Hotel & Lagoon Complex)
  • Complimentary Pool Towels
  • Daily Access to Fitness Center (2 People)
  • Expedited Entry into DAER Nightclub/Dayclub (Admission Fees Still Apply)
  • Complimentary Self-Parking (Seminole Way Garage, Lucky Street Garage & Winners Way Garage)
  • Complimentary Electric Vehicle Charging Stations
  • Access to Sound of Your Stay, Hard Rock’s signature in-room music amenity offers a unique audio experience to guests in three inspiring ways: tracks® (playlists), picks® (Fender Guitar) and wax® (vinyl record player) - *available upon request
  • Access to Rock Om yoga kit with Manduka PROlite yoga mat and yoga videos available on in-room TV channels for an in-room mindfulness experience - *available upon request
  • Complimentary High-Speed Wi-Fi
  • Unlimited Local Calls
  • All X & Icon Unity™ by Hard Rock members will have their daily resort fee waived.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in begins at 4PM EST and check-out is available before 11AM EST. An additional full day rate will be charged to guests staying past the standard check-out time.

Credit Card Authorization Policy

Upon arrival, we will authorize the credit card on file for room and tax, plus $100 incidentals per night.

Room Type Policy

We try our best to meet all guests' requests. However, some room types may not be available. Please visit the Front Desk upon your arrival.

Cancel and No-Show Policy

Should you need to cancel your reservation, please call 954-327-7625 before 3:00pm the day before your intended arrival in order to obtain a deposit refund. Reservations not cancelled within 24 hours of arrival will be charged one night's room and tax. Excludes non-refundable rates and packages that required a full deposit at the time of reservation.

Guests staying in a complimentary room will be assessed a $35 fee for not cancelling their reservation within 24 hours of arrival and $100 fee for no show. Complimentary reservations are subject to cancellation at 9PM on night of arrival unless the front desk is notified of a late arrival.

Pet Policy

We welcome dogs of all breeds with a $100 fee per pet, per stay. The weight limit for all breeds is 40 lbs. Dogs must be on a leash at all times. No aggressive dogs allowed. Review our pet policy.

Complimentary Parking Services

Complimentary covered parking is available 24/7 for all guests in the Lucky Street Garage, Winners Way Garage and Seminole Way Garage, located off State Road 7.

Valet Parking Services

Valet Parking is available 24/7 to all guests for a minimal charge.* The fees are as follows:

  • $30 Valet Parking
  • $35 Overnight Valet Parking (over 12 hours)
  • $40 Valet Parking on all Hard Rock Live event nights
  • X Unity™ by Hard Rock members will receive complimentary Valet parking.
  • *Restrictions may apply which can result in non-acceptance of vehicle by Valet.

Rollaway Bed Policy

Rollaway beds are available for a $30 per day fee. Limit 1 rollaway bed per room. Rollaway beds are prohibited in queen rooms.

Housekeeping Policy

Please note that housekeeping daily service and turndown service will not be available during your stay. Should you require bags, or linens, we will have these available to you upon request.

Payments Accepted

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners and JCB. We also accept Cash, traveler's checks and Unity Points earned with your Unity™ by Hard Rock.

Handicap Accessible Room

We provide accessible rooms with the following features: hearing impaired rooms, handrails in bathrooms and bathtubs, roll-in showers with handrails and removable shower heads.

Smoking Policy

Our hotel offers both smoking optional and non-smoking floors. We will always do our best to accommodate our guest's smoking preferences. However, these requests are non-guaranteed and based on availability at the time of check-in.
