What time is Check-in / Check-out?
Check-in is guaranteed at 4p.m. EST. Check-out is at 11a.m. EST.
Can I request early check-in?
Yes. Early check-in may be requested and will be accommodated if available. Guest rooms are based on daily occupancy and cannot be guaranteed until 4p.m.
Do you allow pets?
Yes. We accept dogs up to 40 pounds on property. A $100 non-refundable fee will apply for hotel guests. Read our pet policy. There is a pet area located outside at the bus lobby entrance.
Do you have a resort fee?
Do you place a hold for a security deposit on my credit card at Check-in?
Yes. We hold a $100 security deposit per night on the credit card provided at Check-in for incidental charges. The hold will be released at Check-out provided there were no charges billed back to the room. (Maybe a disclaimer on refund time frames for CC’s and Debit Cards)
Do you offer WiFi?
Yes. We offer complimentary WiFi for all hotel guests.
Do you allow smoking in the hotel rooms?
Our hotel offers both smoking optional and non-smoking floors. We will always do our best to accommodate our guest’s smoking preferences however these requests are non-guaranteed and based on availability at the time of Check-in.
Do you offer complimentary parking?
Yes. We have complimentary parking located on property at Lucky Street Garage, Winner’s Way Garage and Seminole Way Garage. Valet parking is also available at a charge of $25 for overnight guests. Daily rate is $20. Only X-Card Members will receive complimentary Parking.
Do you have a day pass to the pool?
The pool is available to guests staying in the hotel. Cabanas are available for rent by non-hotel guests and are based on availability Monday through Thursday. Reservations are required and may be made by calling 954-327-7672.
Does the hotel offer babysitting/ nanny services?Yes, babysitting services can be arranged by contacting the Concierge Desk.
How do I sign up for a Seminole Wild Card?
Signing up for a Seminole Wild Card is easy. Simply visit the Seminole Wild Card Player’s Club located on the casino floor with a valid i.d. Must be 21 years of age or older.
How do I get a line of credit?
You may contact your host for assistance in opening up a line of credit or apply online now.
How can I get a copy of my win/loss statement?
Guests can obtain their win/loss statements by one of the following ways:
1. Visit the Seminole Wild Card Player’s Club with valid ID.
2. Log In to your Seminole Wild Card account (must have valid PIN and email on file)
3. Call Customer Care at 954-327-7625.
Does the casino offer sports betting?
No. Sports betting is not currently available in Florida.
Do I have to be a hotel guest to use Rock Spa services?
No. Rock Spa is available to both hotel and non-hotel guests at Hard Rock Hollywood. Customers who are not registered as hotel guests are welcome to book experience appointments based upon availability.
What is the Spa cancellation policy?
If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must do so at least four hours prior to your appointment. There is a 100% charge for cancellations with less than four hour notice. If you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment experience time will be shortened accordingly; and you will be responsible for payment in full. If you arrive more than five minutes late without prior notification, your appointment will be considered a same-day cancellation and the appropriate fee applied to your credit card.
Does the hotel have a workout facility?
Yes, Rock Spa offers a complete workout facility which is available to our hotel guests. Appropriate gym attire, including athletic, closed-toe, rubber soled shoes and shirts are required.
Do I have to be a hotel guest to use the pool?
The Pool and Gardens area is available to registered guests of the hotel. The presence of a parent or legal guardian for children under 18 years of age is required.
Do you offer shuttle or transportation services?
Yes. We work with Corporate Coaches to accommodate transportation needs. Please contact concierge for assistance at 954-327-7673. Taxis are also on site 24/7 in the valet entrance.
Does your facility offer wheelchairs?
Yes. Complimentary wheelchairs are available. If you require a motorized scooter, please provide concierge with 24 hours notice to allow for delivery. Call 954-327-7673. Charges will apply.

No, we don’t but we offer a wide variety of dining establishments as well as large food court sure to please every appetite.
