Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood Helps Fight Hunger in Our Local Community This Holiday Season

Hard Rock International's 6th Annual IMAGINE THERE'S NO HUNGER Campaign Raises Awareness and Funds Globally

HOLLYWOOD, Fla. – In a time where 1.4 billion people live below the poverty line, 820 million people are undernourished, and 16,000 children die from hunger-related causes every day, it's hard to imagine John Lennon's vision of a world with no hunger. Ensuring that the message Lennon penned in his iconic song "IMAGINE" lives on today, artist and musician Yoko Ono Lennon, again, joins forces with Hard Rock International and WhyHunger to wipe-out childhood hunger and poverty through Hard Rock International's IMAGINE THERE'S NO HUNGER campaign.

In support of the 6th Annual IMAGINE THERE'S NO HUNGER campaign, Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood will help fight hunger in our local community by supporting philanthropic initiatives to benefit The Pantry of Broward.

Sammy Hagar and Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood Supports The Pantry of Broward

On November 7 at 8 p.m., the "Sammy's Beach Bar Rum Presents: Sammy Hagar and the Wabos featuring Michael Anthony" tour will take over Hard Rock Live. Hagar, who has publicly spoken about his poverty-stricken childhood, donates to local food banks in every city he plays. While in South Florida, Sammy will make a $2,500 donation to The Pantry of Broward. Seminole Hard Rock will give concert-goers the chance to text HUNGER to 71441 to donate $5 to The Pantry of Broward during Hagar's rendition of "Right Now." The Pantry of Broward will also be on-hand to provide organizational information. Donations to fight hunger may also be made to The Pantry of Broward directly on their website.
